I’m going to try something completely different for the next couple of weeks; read on if you’re looking for some fun homeschool mom summer capsule wardrobe ideas!
My sweet husband finally talked me into buying myself some new clothes this summer. It was necessary- I had done a major purge of my closet in January and had basically no summer clothes left! I also really wanted to create a homeschool mom summer capsule wardrobe I could use year after year. So, after re-downloading and poring over my favorite ever wardrobe resource: The Big Book of Outfit Formulas. I shopped primarily from three places:
- Old Navy
And I filled in a few other things from ThredUp. I was able to put together my shopping list, do all my shopping, and order everything in a weekend. I chose to shop online, because I’m still not crazy about going to stores until the pandemic dies down a little more.
Also, I need to recommend frump fighters. My style runs more towards Allison’s (from GYPO), but Corina has some amazing resources such as outfit calendars, color palettes, and wardrobes for the whole family (I created capsule wardrobes for the kids this year using her resources).
Head on over to my Pinterest!
I hope to share as many of my summer outfits as possible on my pinterest account, with links to the clothes! I’m not an affiliate for any of the stores I purchased from. So those links are NOT promotional in any way- they’re just the clothes I chose!
If you’re looking for a homeschool mom summer capsule wardrobe, new clothes, or anything else of the sort, hopefully I can help you!! And make sure to leave a comment letting me know what you think of my mom style!!
